Dana Thompson

My name is Dana and I am from Ventura County, California. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). I have a Master’s degree in Teaching with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from National University in La Jolla, CA.

Additionally, I hold a California State teaching credential in Special Education: moderate/severe disabilities from California State University Northridge (CSUN).

I have been working in the field of ABA since 2009.

I opened EOTS in 2020 in hopes to help fulfill the need for more ABA therapy here in Huntsville, Al.

I have dedicated my career to providing high quality ABA services that foster skill development and independence for the children I work with. 

My favorite part about being a BCBA and providing therapy is increasing independence in my clients and empowering their parents with behavior management tools to help improve the quality of life for their families.

I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and 2 children, exploring local trails, swimming, biking, and listening to live music.

Allie McWilliams, MS, BA

My name is Allie and I’m from Huntsville, AL.

I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, both from The University of Huntsville in Alabama. 

My favorite thing about working at EOTS is seeing the kids every day and talking to them before their therapy session!

In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family, reading, and going on walks.

Brittany Stewart., M.S., BCBA, LBA

My name is Brittany, I am from Harvest, Alabama, and I have been in the field of ABA since 2021.

I have a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, both from UAH.

My favorite thing about being a BCBA is watching the clients gain new skills to increase their independence!

In my free time, I like to spend time with friends, family, and my dog Ellie!

MaKayla Russell., BS, RBT

My name is MaKayla, I’m from Athens, AL and have been in the field of ABA since 2021.

I have a Bachelor’s degree from UAB in Elementary Education. She is currently in school at The University of West Florida for her Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

My favorite thing about being an RBT is building relationships with all the kids and watching them grow!

In my free time, I love to coach softball, read, watch Criminal Minds and go for walks!

Hannah Howell., BS, RBT

My name is Hannah , I'm from Fayetteville, Tennessee and have been in the field of ABA since 2019. I have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. I am attending the Florida Institute of Technology pursuing my Masters in Behavior Analysis Practice.

My favorite thing about working as an RBT is seeing my clients on a daily basis because they make my days so much brighter! Also, being able to see their growth is so rewarding. It makes all of the tough times worth it, knowing that through ABA therapy, they become stronger & more independent. 

In my free time, I love playing with my dog, Chanel, spending time with my friends and family, shopping, and anything involving live music! 

Amber Wheeler., AA, RBT

My name is Amber and I am from Mansfield, Connecticut. I have been in the field of ABA since 2019. I have an Associate’s degree from Calhoun Community College, and am working towards my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis.

My favorite thing about working as an RBT is making the sessions as fun as possible for the clients with a lot of play, including silly games, tickles, and animal noises. 

In my free time, I like to spend time with my husband and son, go rock climbing, cook, and go hiking with our dog, Cranberry. 

Mallory Griffin., MA, BS, RBT

My name is Mallory, I'm from Huntsville, AL and have been in the field of ABA since 2017.

I have a Bachelor's of Science in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Human Development.

I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree from the University of West Florida with the goal of fulfilling requirements to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

My favorite thing about being an RBT is building rapport with children and seeing their progress.

In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, working out and baking. 

Anna Triplett., BS, RBT

My name is Anna, I’m from Birmingham, AL and have been in the field of ABA since 2020.

I have Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from University of Alabama. She is currently working towards finishing her Master’s Degree in ABA at Florida Institute of Technology

My favorite thing about being an RBT is getting to see all the kids and make progress every day!

In my free time, I love to shop and hang out with my friends and family!

Kaley Cooper., AA, RBT

My name is Kaley, I moved to the Huntsville/Madison area from California a while ago. I have been in the ABA field for since 2020. I have an Associate Degree in General Studies of Psychology from Calhoun. After finishing up my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Athens State I am working towards my Master’s degree in ABA at University of West Florida.

My favorite thing about being an RBT is watching the kids grow and helping them when they need it most. In my free time, when I am not at work or doing school work, I am reading, spending time with friends and family, hanging out with my puppy Millie, and shopping. 

Madison Waldon, MS, BA, RBT

My name is Madison and I am from Madison, AL and have been in the field of ABA since 2022. 

I graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in criminal justice, and received my Master’s of Science in ABA from UAH in December 2024. 

My favorite thing about being an RBT is seeing the client’s progress. 

In my free time, I like going outside, working out, and being with friends and family. 

Katie Johnson, BS, RBT

My name is Katie, I am from Gainesville, VA and I have been in the field of ABA since 2022.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Longwood University, and am currently working on my Master’s Degree in ABA from University of West Florida.

My favorite thing about being and RBT is playing with the kids and watching them grow and learn new skills.

In my free time, I like to read, play with my dogs, and hang out with friends and family.

Amber Sawyer, BA, RBT

My name is Amber, I am from Toledo, Ohio and have been in the field of ABA since 2023.

I have a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology and Instrumental minor for the viola. Currently, I am wokring on my Master’s Degree in ABA from University of West Florida.

My favorite thing about being an RBT is seeing the kid’s growth and learning new skills.

In my free time, I like to practice piano, watch TV, hang out with friends, and practice viola.

Taylor Higgins, BS, RBT

My name is Taylor, I’m from Macon, GA and have been in the field of ABA since 2024.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Gender Studies.

My favorite thing about being an RBT is hanging out with the kids every day!
