Dana Thompson

MA, BCBA, LBA, Credentialed Education Specialist (MM/MS)-CA

Owner & Board Certified Behavior Analyst

My name is Dana and I am from Ventura County, California. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). I have a Master’s degree in Teaching with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from National University in La Jolla, CA.


Additionally, I hold a California State teaching credential in Special Education: moderate/severe disabilities from California State University Northridge (CSUN).


I have been working in the field of ABA since 2009.


I opened EOTS in 2020 in hopes to help fulfill the need for more ABA therapy here in Huntsville, Al.


I have dedicated my career to providing high quality ABA services that foster skill development and independence for the children I work with. 


My favorite part about being a BCBA and providing therapy is increasing independence in my clients and empowering their parents with behavior management tools to help improve the quality of life for their families.


I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and 2 children, exploring local trails, swimming, biking, and listening to live music.


Eric Thompson

Business Manager

Eric Thompson serves as the dedicated Business Manager for "Everything On The Spectrum," an esteemed ABA Therapy clinic nestled in the heart of Huntsville, AL. With a steadfast commitment to improving the lives of children and their families, Eric's leadership shines as he navigates the clinic's operations with precision and empathy. His extensive knowledge of ABA Therapy and genuine passion for helping children on the spectrum create an environment where families feel understood and supported. Through his strategic guidance, "Everything On The Spectrum" remains a beacon of hope, providing top-notch care that nurtures growth, development, and a brighter future for every child they serve.

Lauren P., M.A., BCBA, LBA 

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

My name is Lauren and I am from Hazel Green, AL. I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) since June 2021. I received my Master's degree in Exceptional Student Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis in August 2020 from the University of West Florida (UWF). I am also certified to teach elementary and special education in the state of Alabama. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary/Collaborative Education in December of 2016 from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). I have been working in the field of ABA since 2018. 

My favorite part about being a BCBA is watching my clients learn new skills and then getting to see them use those skills independently. I love knowing I am helping make a difference in the lives of others. This field is very rewarding to me and is always molding me into a better person!

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, cooking new recipes, reading, and doing anything “artsy.”

Mallory G., MA, BS, RBT

Registered Behavior Technician

My name is Mallory, I'm from Huntsville, AL and have been in the field of ABA for 5 years now.

I have a Bachelor's of Science in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Human Development.

I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree from the University of West Florida with the goal of fulfilling requirements to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

My favorite thing about being an RBT is building rapport with children and seeing their progress.

In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, working out and baking.

My name is Hannah , I'm from Fayetteville, Tennessee and have been in the field of ABA since 2019. I have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. 

My favorite thing about working as an RBT is seeing my clients on a daily basis because they make my days so much brighter! Also, being able to see their growth is so rewarding. It makes all of the tough times worth it, knowing that through ABA therapy, they become stronger & more independent. 

In my free time, I love playing with my dog, Chanel, spending time with my friends and family, shopping, and anything involving live music! 

Jordan C., BS, RBT

My name is Jordan, I am from Huntsville, AL and I have been in the ABA field since 2021. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a Child’s Advocacy Certificate from Athens State University. 

My favorite part about being an RBT is working with a child and watching them as they work towards mastering goals that have been set for them. Also, being able to see them each day, makes my day brighter. I love seeing their excitement when they see me! 

In my free time, I really enjoy spending time with my family and being outside. We love to play with our dogs and spend time around the water.

Hayden J., BS, RBT

My name is Hayden, I'm from Hartselle, Alabama. I have been in the field of ABA for 4 years. I have a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University.

My favorite thing about working as an RBT is helping clients work through difficult scenarios and ultimately gain the ability to manage their emotions and self-regulate.

I think it's a valuable life skill and it makes me proud to see them persevere.

In my free time, I really enjoy taking my dog, Kai, to all the local parks and nature trails in Huntsville, especially Monte Sano Mountain. I also enjoy reading, collecting vinyl records, and going to music concerts. 

Amber W., AA, RBT

My name is Amber and I am from Mansfield, Connecticut. I have been in the field of ABA for 4.5 years. I have an Associate’s degree from Calhoun Community College, and am working towards my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis.

My favorite thing about working as an RBT is making the sessions as fun as possible for the clients with a lot of play, including silly games, tickles, and animal noises. 

In my free time, I like to spend time with my husband and son, go rock climbing, cook, and go hiking with our dog, Cranberry.

My name is Kaley, I moved to the Huntsville/Madison area about 5 years ago from California. I have been in the ABA field for two and a half years. I have an Associate Degree in General Studies of Psychology from Calhoun. I am currently finishing up my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Athens State. I plan to pursue a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

My favorite thing about being an RBT is watching the kids grow and helping them when they need it most. In my free time, when I am not at work or doing school work, I am reading, spending time with friends and family, hanging out with my puppy Millie, and shopping.

My name is Kemari and I'm from Manhattan, NYC and have been in the field of ABA for 7 years now. I have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies, a Master's degree in Child Life, and a Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education. 

My favorite thing about working as an RBT is watching the kids learn and grow while they navigate their environment.
